He was admitted as an attorney in 1994. In 1996 he was also admitted as a conveyancer.During 1999, Chris was appointed as a Notary Public. He is admitted to appear in the High Court of South Africa.
Chris is Managing Director at the firm, and mainly concentrates on Property Law, Commercial Law and High Court Litigation.
He is a long-standing member of the Law Society of the Northern Provinces (now the LPC)

Fields of interest and expertise: commercial civil litigation as well as individual pecuniary civil litigation.
Experience: Drafting Magistrates Court and High Court litigation since 2019.
Personal interests: An appreciation for post-classical history as well as late modern period history, political philosophy and economics. His interpretation of economic history has led to a great appreciation for the need to enforce and protect an individual’s pecuniary rights.
Benedict Mosiatlhaga completed his Bachelor of Laws Degree at the University of South Africa. In his final LLB year of study he participated as a mentee under the South African Chapter of the International Association of Women Judges (SAC-IAWJ) Gauteng region, and he also participated in the Johannesburg Magistrate Court filing project hosted by the Johannesburg Attorneys Association.
Field of interests: Labour law, Law of Sale and Lease, Conveyancing and Family Law. Other than litigation, his interest derives from the serious vices and injustices that exist in society, and how the law can help to address them.
Lumé van der Walt completed her Bachelor of Laws Degree at the University of South Africa. During the course of her studies she worked at a registered Law firm, obtaining experience in civil litigation, criminal litigation, property law, family law and estate law. Her journey in the legal profession began with a profound interest in justice and a special interest in Property law. Through years of dedicated study and practical experience, she has cultivated a deep understanding of the intricacies of Property law, and litigation, both civil and criminal, allowing her to offer comprehensive and strategic legal solutions to our clients.
She thrives in dynamic legal environments and is adept at navigating complex legal challenges with confidence and precision. Whether it’s crafting persuasive arguments in the courtroom or negotiating favourable settlements, she is committed to achieving the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Moreover, she is passionate about staying abreast of the latest legal developments and trends in litigation and Property Law.
Chantel is in charge of overseeing finances, HR, looking after our staff, and ensuring that our office runs smoothly.
She has been part of our team for 18 years and achieved her Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) in financial management at Unisa in 2012.
